demas is a producer from middle germany. he produces his own tracks since 2004 and had digital releases and remixes on klangscheiben-records and leporelo. his style is very groovy and its between minimalhouse and minimaltechno, we think. >bohnenherbert ep< as vinyl is a limited edition of 300 pieces. so be fast to get your copy! this is also the first remix-release at klangscheiben-records. we ordered some artists, who are known from previous releases. but we ordered also very well known faces to our label. these artists are milos (telegraph recordings, leporelo), phööptärt (9volt) and sebastian albrecht (klangscheiben). we are very pleased to welcome these artists on our label.

diametric is a new glasgow based record label which aims to put the word underground back into electronic music and give back something special to the techno and electro community. the label is strictly vinyl only. each release will be very limited and packaged by hand to give the label a personal approach for all true underground techno heads out there that still appreciate the spirit of true techno and electro.
the first release is a dream come true project for us, as we are proud to present a 12 inch by detroit legend optic nerve aka keith tucker, part of the famous electro duo aux88. keith is recording under several monikers such as optic nerve, k-1 or alien fm since the very early nineties and has built his own unique style of electro and techno music out of detroit. the >reassimilation ep< showcases keith at his best, deep driving techno with that extra bit of funk that most of todays productions are missing. we are very sure these tracks will devastate the dancefloors.

supported by gildas (kitsune), les inrockupitbles (fr), discodust & more!! jupiter are based in paris. the boy/girl duo have recently moved there from london where they met on an empty dancefloor. it must have been fate (or their love for retro hits) that brought them together to write songs so deeply rooted in times when prince was still known and glitter wasnt a taboo. quarles and amÚlie are part french (the romance in their music!), part english (the lyrics!) but get along pretty well. their songwriting and production clearly takes the best of both worlds, earning them appraisal and appreciation of the valerie family. the song starlighter has been getting a lot of attention in the blogosphere and grew to become an underground hit since it was first leaked. its catchy, its dreamy, its sticky and its sweet. now, after official remixes for metronomy and chew lips, jupiter are preparing their first ep, which is to be released in september 2009, containing remixes by thai pop sensation cyndi seui and steve moore (the man behind lovelock and zombi). get ready for sheer bliss

for sure dfr001 is a bomb plus it s hammered by dubfire, the advent, joseph capriati, joey beltram, technasia, markantonio, dj murphy, robert natus, ken ishii....
the first release features nobody else than the nice guy and techno-preacher eric sneo (masters of disaster / beatdisaster) from frankfurt, germany. after a lot of smashers on well known labels like kombination research, clr, patterns and abstract, eric is now back on driving forces recordings with a massive 2 tracker. on the a side you can find a mainstyle braincracking track called vintage force which will drive the crowd totally crazy. with a rolling beat, the sneo typical driving percussion and a wicked leading sound, this one will heat up every mainstage all over the globe. the b side features a track called coming home, a dark and evil bassmonster with a tiny percussive melo, strong enough to break down the walls of all the clubs out there. modern techno for the peaktime is what you get. it lets you forget the hype about the minimal kind of music. next to the austrian local heroes, a number of big names of the international techno circus were signed and thats why a good and diversified start of the label will be sure.

the title track is a fast paced latin breakbeat powerhouse with some string stabs and a huge grime breakdown. love & tango finds tango rhythms duking it out with breaks, cumbia thump is a laidback cumbia dub mash up and tropical flute smoothie is a sexy latin tune feat karina nistal. get it!

rogue state ? logical regression - another meaty slab of rogues own niche influenced dubstep style, this track was influenced by the mighty ltj bukem. rogue is on top form here with depth and emotion created through the synthy intro whilst the tearout drop will get anyone moving. twisted ? infect - hailing from germany and part of the dutty dubs crew, twisted is starting to make real impact on the international scene. the super slick mixdown is what first attracted us to him but it was this phenomenally heavy weight track that made us decide to release twisted. bass face time!
